Log Book

Logbook serves as a working space for the teacher to document observations, informal
 assessments of student activities and projects, and questions requiring further thought and action (Richert, 1991). 

The logbook contains a record of all the lessons delivered from the 03rd of October to the 09th of 

November along with the date, time, and a brief description of the lesson. This logbook was certified 

by the mentor every week, and at the completion of the practicum, it was approved by the head of the 

department. In addition, the first section of the logbook includes an overview of the courses conducted 

and the number of hours for each course.
